I’ve loved computers since I was a child; my father worked at Radio Shack and I was constantly there playing on the machines and learning about programming. I got my B.S. in Computer Studies, carrying that fascination from childhood into my adult career. After overseeing services related to software and automation engineering for over twenty years, I now have the honor and pleasure of leading the Center of Excellence for WWT's services-related engineering organization. My focus is promoting excellence in everything that we do, from our processes and practices to our internal and external communications. My team helps find improvement opportunities across the organization and supports activities that will help foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and customer focus no matter what kind of delivery we're taking on.
