I am fortunate enough to serve as World Wide Technology’s Vice President of State & Local Government and Education. I am collaboratively responsible, along with a talented group of functional leaders, for the development and execution of all go-to-market strategies and activities including field sales hiring and enablement, integrated field marketing, contract capture, vertical business development, partner and solution execution, and overall growth. Prior to joining World Wide Technology I served in similar leadership capacities at Forescout Technologies and Splunk. I started my sales career in various sales and leadership positions, all state & local government and education focused, with NetApp and Nortel Networks. I have been passionate about SLED for over 20 years! As a result I have had the honor and privilege of serving on many boards and committees with organizations such as NASCIO, COVITS, and the Commonwealth of Virginia Joint Commission on Technology and Science, among others, and currently serve on the State & Local Government and Education Executive Council for CompTIA. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I live in the Richmond, Virginia area with his wife, Melanie and we love to spend time together at the beach in the Outer Banks of NC!
