Jamell joined World Wide Technology in 2019 as a member of the Adoption Services Team providing customized training solutions to customers acquiring new technology. In 2024 he joined the Day 2 Operational Services as a Customer Success Manager. In this role he supports and acts as an advocate to our Managed Services customers. Jamell is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) specializing in client/server, security and cloud services. Jamell also holds EC-Council, Cisco, ISC2, and CompTIA certifications. Prior to joining WWT, Jamell spent 22 years as a full-time trainer and consultant for technology providers, such as New Horizons, Premier Knowledge Solutions and Centriq Training. He also provided consulting and project management services for Cyber-Path Integrated IT Solutions, a veteran owned small business.
