I started at WWT as a Customer Success Manager supporting customers with Cisco Security EA's. I have since moved into my current role as a Manager leading a team of CSM's supporting our Cisco EA's within GES and GSP. Prior to joining WWT, I spent over 5 years in Law Enforcement with the St. Louis Metropolitan and St. Louis County Police Departments. Following my law enforcement career, I've worked for several SaaS providers within the Law Enforcement space.
